For Students:

IUS maintains four Student Technology Center labs generally staffed with consultants to help students with problems they may have with their accounts, local applications, and many other general computing related problems. These labs are Crestview (CV112), Knobview (KV207), Registration Support Lobby and the  Information Commons on the 2nd floor of the Library.

Students may call x2123 from any on campus phone for help or 941-2123 from off campus. This will reach the main computing lab in the  Registration Support Lobby.

For Faculty/Staff:

Faculty and Staff may contact the Help Desk for assistance with all computer and telephone problems. The Help Desk is located in University Center South (UCS) 212A. The Help Desk is reachable by phone at x2447 on campus, 941-2447 from off campus, and by e-mail at HelpDesk@ius.edu.

The Help Desk is open Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm except on university holidays.
